Who are you working for?
Greg and I (Robyn) own The Riverdeck Kitchen having migrated from Qld in 2015 for the fantastic lifestyle in Bright. We have owned our own businesses for 30+ years and have a passion for potential, in people and in business. We have a team of around 25 legends (both fulltime and casual) but could use another experienced hand as we continue to grow and evolve.

Cafe All Rounder
Up to 4 days/week
Join our vibrant café/restaurant team for a casual role offering regular weekday hours and a great work-life balance.
We’re on the lookout for a friendly, motivated individual to assist with:
• Toastie making
• Cold drink prep
• Cake plating
• General service support for our front of house
You’ll be working in a fabulous team environment, with a fun, fast-paced atmosphere and supportive colleagues.
Experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person who brings a great attitude and willingness to learn.

BARISTA
Known for our great coffee, fabulous customer service and delicious food, The Riverdeck Kitchen is seeking a new barista to add to our team.
Located in one of the loveliest locations in Bright, the Riverdeck Kitchen serves breakfast all day, lunch, is fully licensed and is the perfect spot for our lovely locals and many visitors to catch up with family and friends.
We are looking for a person
- with a passion for coffee
- that knows their way around a coffee machine and grinder
- basic latte art skills
- loves a fast paced environment
- enjoys a laugh with team mates

Proven experience in a similar, fast paced café environment fabulous but training available
We can offer FOH apprenticeship / traineeship for someone looking to build a career in FOH management
Coffee skills a bonus but not essential
RSA current or obtainable
